Refund policy
At Gimmie Gummies, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@gimmiegummies.co.za. You may either:

Return the item in person or via courier to the following address:
Shop 1, The Olio Store, Lourensford Wine Estate, Lourensford Road, Somerset West, 7130
OR -
Request a courier collection at a standard shipping fee of R80, payable via EFT.
We will provide you with return instructions once your request has been submitted.
Please note that all products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not in its original condition or if a seal has been broken. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards - Downloadable software products - Some health and personal care items
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to hello@gimmiegummies.co.za and your item will be collected by our courier. An additional courier collection fee will need to be paid via EFT into our account.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
